Return & Exchange Policy

At Lotira, we want you to be happy with your order.

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, unworn and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging.

Exchanges are available for another size or color, depending on stock availability.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is wrong, damaged, or defective.

If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange the return or exchange.
